第五十八条 承运人对于货物因迟延交付造成经济损失的赔偿限额，为所迟延交付的货物的运费数额。货物的灭失、损坏和迟延交付同时发生的，承运人的赔偿责任限额适用本法第五十七条第一款规定的限额。
